How to import multiple Humphreys Concerts events into your Outlook Calendar: |
- After clicking the "ADD CHECKED ITEMS TO OUTLOOK CALENDAR" button, a File Download window will appear prompting to save the file. Click SAVE and save this file to your computer.
- After the file has been saved launch your Microsoft Outlook program. In Outlook, click File from the menu at the top left of the Outlook program and select Import and Export...
- A windows titled Import and Export will open. In this window select Import from another program or file, then click Next>
- On the next window titled Import a File, select Comma Separated Values (Windows), then click Next>
- On the next window click the Browse... button then navigate to and select the file you saved in step #1, and click the OK button.
- On the next window you can choose to replace duplicate items, allow duplicates, or do not import duplicates. For safety, choose the Allow duplicates to be created selection, then click Next>
- On the next window, select a destination folder. This should be the folder titled Calendar (or another calendar folder of your choice if more than one calendar folder is available), then click Next>
- On the next window click the Finish button to perform the import of your calendar items.
